Default E60 weak heat. No heat on passenger side.

This is my second e60 and the heat is just horrible. Driver side gets kinda warm and passenger side is cool. I-drive in the winter settings. Any suggestions? Antifreeze full. No check engine light. Car warms up normal. I don't get it.

Could be water valve. it's possible that it's stuck. It regulates the temperature depending upon temp control setting you choose. Look it up on realoem under AC/Heater section.

It could also be your micro filter
If it's blocked it won't let the air through the heater radiator to get heat to your interior

Water valve fail in the open position to allow water to flow to the heater core for safety reasons. I have seen a few clogged heater cores. You need to check the temperature of the hoses going and coming from the heater core with a IR temp gun.

Is your outside temperature gauge reading properly? That external sensor is used by the cpu to set the load and achieve proper inside temperature.

Would you also happen to know what the differential should be between input and output?
Thanks

Where's the micro filter located? I unplugged the valve and it's still not working. Might have to take it out and clean it.
