Do you have comfort seats? If so, there is a button on the side of the seat that moves the headrest up and down.

There’s a button that moves the back of the seat to lean forward or backwards, like if someone wants to lay down and take a nap. Instead of forward or backwards, you can move the same button up or down to adjust the headrest height.

N.P. It happens to all of us. These cars are electronic marvels and not everything is as intuitive as it should be. That's why these forums exist.
