My Ride: 2007 Mercedes Benz e63 AMG
I have an appointment on monday to take my '07 550i to the dealer about the Dunlop Runflat raod noise issue. The tires have 19k miles on them (just inside the 20k window), and I had mentioned several times to the dealer that I thought they were getting louder. Now, with the warm months and windows open more often, its clearly louder, although I dont know in looking at them that I see the uneven wear. Anyhow, I emailed the TSB to the SA, who set up an appointment to take a look.
The Service Advisor is a nice guy, helped me lots in the past, but mentioned that he didnt know if 07's were covered by it? Anyone know the answer?
BTW, if the Dunlops are a problem, why did they keep outfitting new cars with them?
Thanks.

lawguy - you should be fine, I have an 07 and had them replaced at 16k, no questions asked
Thanks - I really hope it works out for me too. Did you notice the wear patterns on the tires, or was it noise only?
By the way, to the above poster who asked, here is the link to the TSB (with thanks to RUDY for his earlier posting).

The Service Bulletin only mentions the E60, it doesn't not specify the year so I am sure your car is eligible. However, I have heard the tires must display both symptoms, noise and irregular wear in order to qualify for the free replacement.
I had mine replaced last October.
Good luck.

My Dunlop RFT's started getting very noisy at about 16,000 miles and my SA told me that one of the keys to replacing them under the TSB was the wear issue. Mine did not have the wear issue and they would not replace them. I couldn't stand them any more so I replaced them with Bridgestone RE960 AS tires and kept the RFT's to put back on after the lease expiration. I'm not too happy to find out that other dealerships replaced noisy tires that did not have the wear issue.
In any event, the TSB is still active and, I believe the mileage limitation is 20,000 miles.
