@Teo pct You need to read the BMW specific DTC codes.

with inpa or ista I only have the diesel heater and my cylinder 1 glow plug, nothing else in the dde. No oil level fault in DTC

Well, @seanjordan20 would say use ISTA but I prefer to use a BMW code reader myself. Use whatever works best for you.

It really annoys me to see this warning as soon as I drive the car, especially the fairly rare vehicle setup. Logic 7, M chassis, heated front rear bench seat, electrically folding mirror, extended lighting pack, manual gearbox…etc.

so change of dde, no change, change of sensor 2 times for oem, no change, sgm/sim and kombi still do not replace anything. the sensor signal is processed by the dde via a wave channel which passes through the PT-CAN to sgm/sim which converts it into K-CAN to the kombi.

That ISTA readout was just pulled today? Do you have a screenshot of the module information page in INPA? If so can you post it. Something doesn't look right.

the ista reading was done about 2 months ago but the fault was already present on the CCC
I just released this via inpa

So this is a retrofitted CCC. When did the fault begin after a flash update?
