I have only had the car since August (4 months) and it is now getting to freezing temps in the central valley of California. Especially with all the extra dips off driveways, for the first 30-40 minutes in the morning, all I get is this noise if I'm doing more than a 90° turn... I've recorded it once but it's no good. Tonight we have a hard freeze so I will record a video in the morning... Let's see if this wakes anyone up in the forum.....

Is it something like this?

I've been hearing this noise for a few weeks now and only in the morning (when it's fairly cold here and that means 50s in Phoenix). The noise goes away after 5 minutes of driving. Even after I leave it parked at work for 8-9 hours during the day I don't hear it again when I drive it.

I'm suspecting the CV axle shaft is bad but I'm not sure... any ideas?
