Most of what I'd want is already in the list.
Better integrated cup holders.
Integrated sunglass holders.
Better bass response.
DVD-Audio and SACD.
AWD option in all models not just lower two.
Temperature guage.
(Not sure if this feature is already available)--integrated 2 inch tow hitch (for bike and ski accessories)
Better control over wiper blade speed in the automatic mode
Included auxilary input for ipod (if not even more integration).
In dash DVD/CD player changer etc. (no magazine in glove compartment).
But I will add I really like this car as is.

My Ride: 2005 545i with Sport Pkg, Nav, HUD, Cold Weather Pkg, Rear Shades
Other than the usual better fuel efficient engines, better transmission, etc.., :
1. Customizable Idrive (does not mean hacking into it, but should be able to select what functions I want to see and where, skins
).
2. Customizable HUD (height adjust, color, content)
3. Satellite based Nav system (get rid of the DVD slot) with real time traffic update and re-routing. I know 3-D images are coming in the near future.
4. Fully customizable steering wheel button (not the two buttons you can now)
5. Power adjust rear view mirror (not just side view mirrors).
and a lot of the options other have already mentioned.

My Ride: F11 520d white, auto, professional sat-nav with internet, variable damper control, sports steering wheel, extended lighting, retractable tow bar, wing mirrors with dimming & folding, full electric seats with memory & lumber adjustment, etc.
Just thought of a few other things:
chip proof paint (I read Toyota was testing a new type of paint)
digital radio
Variable ambient light colours (to suit interior / mood)
