It depends whether $1,000 is the price after painting or not. Painting and installation cost almost the same amount as the parts itself. Members who bought their m-kit here paid about $3,000 average. But if you were offered $1,000 for unpainted parts, you only received a little discount from what you can get from Tony/quad_m here on the forum. In this light, I'd suggest that you go for the comfort access.

not sure if included install but quote was $1080 from dealer. all bmw accessory parts are at cost until end of dec

It didn't sink in for me when you first wrote this, but that is a really good deal if you can order any kind of accessory at all. Is it just at that particular dealer?

There is no way that anyone here has come close to that price:

$1080 for parts
$800 for paint and install
------------------
$1880 not including taxes. That is an awesome deal. You're unlikely to find a deal like this here or anywhere else. Best I've seen for parts, paint and install has been $2400.

I looked in their website and apparently they will sell you any accessories on the catalogue at cost when you are buying a new car, sounds like an awesome deal

my thoughts exactly. You might want to buy an extra set of wheels at cost.

Paint and install cost that cheap? It cost about $400 here just for install w/o paint.
