Hi,

How do i remove the electric front headrests? 2005 535d.

I do not want to force it too much in case i brake something..

Also was thinking of fitting these, any thoughts?

Wind it up fully on button, then sharply knock it out from below using your hand. replace by inserting in until you feel resistance, then sharply tap it down
