New to me 2004 545 Question

Update:
It seems the car has the "CD changer prep kit", but not the CD changer. I used to own a while back a 2000 540I. I had to add the aftermarket sub woofer in the trunk to get decent bass response. When I read about the 13 speakers with 2 subs that this car had, i figured there would be lots of clean bass. I must say I am a bit disappointed with this logic 7 system. I don't find it has the quality of sound I was expecting from such a sophisticated system. I wonder if a person would be better off adding another sub, or putting in a bigger amp to drive the subs that are there now?
