Welcome to the board...

I have a 2005 525iA. I was a little nervous when I ordered it because I didn't think it would have much power, but I wanted a strong family car. I am VERY pleased with the performance and the car overall. I own a 190E AMG 2.6 and my 525 is lighter, more agile, and more fun to drive. You won't rip rubber taking off, but its a great car to put the fam in and after my wife taught me how to use the steptronic transmission, I enjoy it even more. NOTE: If you are into real raw power, get a 530 or 545. You rip around town in a 530 and 545, but you zip around in a 525.

One note: The handling is a wee bit wobbly. I am lower after the winter.

Also, if your 3 is paid off, why trade it in? Keep it and enjoy them both.

Your car is wobbley? I have never heard that word used to describe a BMW before. You should have it checked out. <_<
