And you can always ask Ursula to repeat the last command so you can adjust the volume while she's speaking...

Skydiver, each sound coming from the speakers, ie. Phone, Ursula (Nav chick), I-drive guy, etc responds to the volume knob. Adjust it while in that mode. i.e. adjust the volume while Ursula is speaking. That adjustment only applies to the sound of the moment.
