So having xDrive means you can't have Active Steering and Active Roll Stabilization?

What would be the price for the new 530i? Same or slightly increase?

I think my dealer said something in the Neighborhood of a $2,000 price increase for those with xDrive. Plus I think there willl also be a increase in the base price of $500 because of the new engines but I could be mistaken. I think the $500 increase takes place on all 5 series bought after January 1, 2005.

Valvetronic is already in the 545I - i'm not sure if they'll make a new engine with the aluminum and magnesium technology since it is only for 6 cyliners at this point.

that's good to know. so the 545 has great hp and average fuel is pretty good. i thought about waiting for when they change the bumper style and upgrading to the 545. i like the bumpers of the new m5.
