Hey guys,
Back when I bought my car in DEC '09 I bought EasyCare "TIRECARE" coverage/warranty and later I bought Beyern Baroque Aftermarket wheels. However, before I bought these wheels I was ensured that the Beyerns would be covered fully or up to the price of the OEM wheels (which is Style 138 $336.71 ea). This January I got a flat tire and after taken to the dealership they determined 2 of the wheels were bent on the inner lip and cannot be put back on the car, so I have my OEMs put back on. The dealership called EasyCare and was told they have nothing to do with aftermarket wheels. I called and they told me they do nothing with after market wheels. So now I am in this situation: no dealership support, Insurance company who lied to me and keeps referring me to other numbers, and out of $200 for a tire I had to buy that is sitting around, 2 ok condition Beyern Baroques, and 2 inner lip bent Beyern Baroques that I can do nothing with that misewell cost me $1240....
What should I do? I don't have $1240 to play with and my OEM tires SUCK in winter..
How much are OEM ///M5 wheels that most people here have? I might just replace with those.
(Sorry for any typos or unclear areas, hectic day at work and I'm in a rush )

Did you ever get written confirmation from them regarding the aftermarket wheels and warranty? If not, you might not have a leg to stand on, since they may have just told this to you to pacify/make the sale...
Sorry to hear about your trouble though..

The one wheel is bent so its flat and the other one will barely hold air. I asked my SA about repair and he said that it wouldn't do a great job and not hold up with the tremendous amount of potholes in PA. Plus can you even fix these since it looks like the metal was bent sooo easily

Bent lips are usually not a problem to have repaired. Take a few pics of the damage and toss up here. I will show them to a buddy who repairs rims and get his advice.
