The sad day finally came to me,i have to sell my so well waited and loved M5 that it took me 3 months to find..My car was a florida car his entire life until the day i picked up myself in orlando and drove it back to ny.So i can say it never seen snow(yet).
I am the second owner of the car and the first was a doctor that trade in my M5 plus his wife 745i and took possession of a alpina B7(nice trade btw).
So that being said the car has now 38236 miles exactly and its white on white full merino leather and aluminum trim..The car has all the options EXCEPT ventilated seats,ski bag and fold down rear seats...Everything else it has like HUD,alcantara roof,leather dash,active seats,comfort access,power rear shade and etc.
Original paint,never been in accident,never painted,not one scratch on the paint,clean carfax and very well taken car of
I have all maintenance records since day one of this car(bmw service records),the original window sticker,all 3 keys(the third key very rare),carfax before and after i purchased,all service records since day one including clutch replacement at 33345 miles(before i purchased it) and also smg hydraulic unit ,clutch sensor and solenoid replaced around 36k miles.
ALL THE MOST EXPENSIVE PARTS ON THE CAR THAT ARE "WEAR AND TEAR" WERE REPLACED..
The car WAS a cpo car but before my purchase i declined the cpo warranty thinking that i would make a better deal on a aftermarket extended warranty.
Its under easycare warranty and also(let me put this way)bmw warranty..
The car will be sold stock just the way i got it from the dealer,ill work with the buyer about the mods.
The buyer will have first dibs in all the mods and im willing to work with him on the price of whatever he wants to stay on the car.So after the car is sold i'll start selling the stuff....NOT BEFORE
My neighbor is a dealer so he can help with finance if needed he said..

PRICE IS U$38500.00 STOCK + WARRANTY
OR U$43000.00 WITH ALL MODS + WARRANTY

Here is the break down:

WARRANTY:

The car is under easycare warranty (3/36) until 76k miles or 3 years.I purchased the warranty 3 or 4 months ago...But its not paid off..So the buyer will get the car for 38.5k PLUS the remaining balance of the warranty which is aprox. 2k..If he wants to keep it...
Its a good deal because the warranty cost 5k and i already paid more them 50% of it...That will be my gift to the buyer...Otherwise i will cancel it before purchase of the vehicle and it will be sold as is..Did not use this warranty for any claim yet.
Second warranty is bmw 2 years/unlimited miles on parts..All the parts changed on all the receipts are covered...For example:the clutch,hydraulic unit,clutch sensor and etc are covered under bmw warranty still..
If the buyer lives in Ny i will more them happy to introduce him to my SA because he knows EVERYTHING about this car and what is covered or not under bmw warranty.
So you basically getting a car without issues and is also paying 2000.00 for a 5000.00 warranty...

MAINTENANCE:

All maintenance is up to date including oil change,brake pads,cabin filters changed on the purchase day,engine filter,spark plugs and etc..
Front tires are 80% and rears are 60% on OEM wheels.
Big service done in florida at 33345 miles replacing mainly the clutch and another big service done in NY at 36k miles replacing mainly the smg hydraulic unit...I can provide the receipts showing all replaced parts by both dealers if needed....Please see pics of receipts for the replaced parts.Everything done under BMW warranty Not easycare.
In other words wherever buy this car is covered for a long time...

*RPI scoops(yellow),rpi block off plates and BMC filter
*All 4 grilles are OEM bmw matte black
*Staggered Miro's 111 matte black wrapped on Ultrasac sessanta vredenteins with less them 2k miles on it
*Hammann Aluminum hand brake with white lettering
*Eisenmann oval race(only section 3)
*OE lci rear talilights and bruce cables v6
*Oem M5 mats
*M stripes on side skirts
*OEM bmw ipod adapter on glove box plus cover
*OEM calipers painted yellow plus brembo stickers(awesome!!)
*25% tint all around except front windows are 35%

>The mods will NOT be included on the sale..The car will be sold stock but the buyer will get a discount if he wants to buy with the mods.

Im in need of a family car so i will accept as a trade an 2007 escalade only...The miles i dont care(high miles preferable),color i dont care either but it should have 22's and nav at least.
