NCS EXPERT does not work properly

NCS EXPERT does not work properly
Hello friends.
I have really tried everything, have checked settings, tried with different profiles.
And it must be said, I have coded the car before with this dcan cable, and computer.
After the mim car is updated and reset, it is back to factory settings.
Will therefore perform small encodings such as ACOSTIC alarm sound, automatic powerfold, and so on.
I use NCS expert, and BMW coding tool.
The whole process succeeded, without error, but the car does not change anything, even if the CIC unit restarts and the coding is completed, it has not changed anything and it is back to standard.
what's going wrong?

I have that issue sometimes where I've had to wait until the car went completely sleep for the changes to take affect

It worked with NCS dummy, then coding with NCS expert?
My next problem is that I have tried everything but can not get my mirrors to fold in from remote control, they could before.
