Navi DVD version

My Ride: 530D Touring MSport Navi professional, HUD, bicolour leather sport seats, BT integrated, automatic transmission, panorama roof.
Model Year: 2006
How can I tell which version of the navi professional DVD I really have.
The reason I ask is because I downloaded it and burned it, but to my surprise a road in the neighboorhood popped up which no longer exists. On my "old" 2006-01 version this road was gone.
This is supposed to be version 2009-02.

My last version was 2006-02, i have buy this month the last version and it is: 2009-02
When i insert the new DVD on my DVD write and i see the details from the files, the date are from 03/06/2009 and one file (*.DB2_XAC) is from 02/10/2009.
