Default N54 oil level sensor help

Hello everyone I just purchased a 2008 535i that needed some work to fix up for a daily driver long story short one turbo shaft was broke pouring oil so it was reading low oil level I replaced the turbos and changed oil filter and replaced oil with 7 us quarts 5w30 took it for a test drive runs great no cel but when I tried to reset the oil life I couldn't so I checked the oil level on idrive and it reads min and says oil service required so I decided faulty sensor and replaced the sensor and added 7qts fresh oil and check it still min so I drive 20 miles to maybe let it reset let it sit over night to cool check it in the morning still minimum plug looks good wires look good I've searched Google motor logic forums and everyone just says replace sensor but it's the second new sensor with same results and now I'm lost not sure what to do from here any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Try adding 1/2 quart and see if it moves up from minimum.

Thanks for the reply I tried adding oil with both replacement sensors and it never changed from min. Starting to wonder if the aftermarket sensors are calibrated differently or just not compatible if I can't figure anything else out by Friday I will break down and order an OEM sensor to try
