First, thanks to all of you who schooled me on the difference between the various build dates of 2005. I just received a brand new off the boat SG 530 with 6 miles on it. So far, everything works great, but I am trying to find a comfortable seat position and can use to understand how others have set the equalizer on the Logic 7 system.

Here are the specs: SG, Premium, Premium Sound, Nav, Cold Weather, Sirius, Shades and Steptronic.

Wish I got Sport Package and Comfort Seats.

As this is my first BMW ( came from a MB C320 wagon), I will know now what to order on my second BMW which will only be 2 years from now as I did a 24 month lease.

Congratulations. On the L7, I set the equalizer in sort of a u-shape to make the lows and highs a tad more pronounced and set the bass and treble settings to neutral. And, I use the "biggest room" setting on the L7. Right now I can't remember what it is called, but it is the second one down--of two.
