I have the sun shades up all the time.
I get the protective glass in October (I hope). So I didn't get the tinted ones.
I also don't like to park at an intersection and the ppl can't see the traffic when they enter the intersection, because my windows are tinted. Having the sunshades up I can allways take them down when parking at an intersection giving others the ability to view the street thru my windows.
