Default Moist passenger footwell

I have some moisture beneath my floor mats on the passenger side footwell (Right side of the car) I am suspecting it is my drainaged clogged up doing it, but does anyone know how to check and clear the drainage? Thanks in advance!

Probably from your sunroof drain. Have you tried a search of the forum? This has been discussed in the past.

Some food for thought: Have you been using your AC? Could be clogged AC drain.

Also check the drains under the passenger compartment air filters. These two filters are located at the base of the windshield and accessible from under the hood. Remove both left and right filter assemblies and check for debre at the drains in the trays on the outboard side, leading into the finderwell area. Also remove both trays and check the drains on the left and right sides under the brake master cylinder and under the e box. If these drains are blocked, water will enter through the HVAC outside air pickups and wet the front carpets.

There are drain holes in the bottom of all 4 passenger doors. They are on the outward side of the weatherstripping along the bottom of the doors. I have had water sloshing in side my right rear door that did not enter the car as the plastic vapor barrier, behind the door card was still in tact. Opened door and ran my hand along outside of weatherstripping and a stream of water started flowing when a got the dirt loosened up. Worth a try.

Is it those black rubber sealants beneath the door that are the drains?
