How did you end up cleaning the cooling system? Did you use the simple green? I'm wondering how you get the oil out of the cooling system. Do you just flush it out with water and do this over and over until you've done it 3-5 times? If anyone can advise would be helpful.

I have this same issue and I'm hoping it's the oil cooler gasket.

At least you know not to go back to the mechanic in post 7. He is either crooked or incompetent - in either case, not the guy to trust your car to.
