Measurements for factory "550i" badge

I took off the "550i" badge a while back to give it a clean look, but since then I've decided to paint them matte black. I would appreciate if someone could take measurements and provide the exact location (i.e. where each digit goes and how far top/bottom of trunk and from edge, in millimeters) of where the badge should go. Thanks!

That's a given. I was hoping someone would be kind enough to take some measurements, or if they had a link to a post where this information is already available.

i apologize for my car being dirty, but i snapped some photos for you.

looks about 17mm from the bottom of badge to the edge on the trunk, and about 30mm from bottom of the i to the corner edge of the trunk.

Looks like it's 17mm on an E61 but 18mm on an E60. I like the adhesive tape technique illustrated in the instructions I posted above. I think that's the safest way to rebadge the car while keeping everything as accurate as possible...
