Car is Titanium Grey Metallic 2. I currently have matte black grilles. I still have my OEM chrome grilles so I'm thinking of keeping the matte black surround and putting the chrome slats for the middle.

I have to say that I love how the matte black grills look with my Shadowline trim kit. Maybe you just need to add in more black to tie in the look.

I love my matte black grills...like everyone said if everything else is black, including the shadow line trim, tint, black roundels....it will look good especially on a black car.

Maybe its the fact that the color of the license plate is so light, causing a lot of contrast against the black grills. I'm looking for an m-tech kit so I'll decide after that gets installed. I'll have them leave the front plate mount off and revisit this after that.
