Do you have to call in to make an appointment if your under 50k warranty and 50 service plan ? or you just pop in and let them do it ?

My Ride: 2005 545i Sport 6MT

Well i just looked at the secondary waterpump and the dealer i brought it to must be smoking crack. It was bone dry and i could not see any coolant leaking. I felt around it as well and felt nothing wet. WTF?

First Automotive. It was 2,500$. 2 year/24,000 mile warranty.
