Just need a bit of advice / opinion. Am thinking of removing the 520d boot badge of my M Sport and replacing it with an ///M badge, what do you guys think?

Thanks in advance
if ///M would be ONLY for ///M series cars (3,5,6 and future 7,1 and Z3 and 4) then you could not buy as accessory. Many people have that, so if you like them go ahead.

Put what you want on, at least not ///M5

how about a black n white ///M badge as my car is silver.
I wonder why BMW leave the M badge off the M Sport?

Well, actually I don't.

Typically in the UK they don't.

Is debadging age-related?

In Sweden de-badging is a free option from factory. You can even choose it from the list of options at the build-your-own-car at the BMW site.

As it is almost everywhere. But that doesn't make it common practice.

Thanks, I know but quads (and M5 front and rear bumpers) are not in my future mods plans.

The "M" is for the M-series - ONLY.

Just remove the 520d sign.

Otherwise you might get laughed at wannabes you know...

Completely agree!

Just debadge to get the cleaner look of the rear

Thinking that way you have to remove the M badge on the steering wheel, the M door sills and the M badges on the wheels, because BMW has put them on by mistake Mysteriously, I don't laugh with them
