Low coolant Level

Hi,

I got problem in my 545 e60 with low coolant level. I top up it and after one week I need another one liter. Does anybody have got similar problem? Casue my mechanic cant find any leaking I will be gratefull for any suggestions.

I just had the problem described in the PM and can tell you, some people buy complete cars for the amount needed to fix it.

Are you talking about this pipe whis is nr 3?

I don't have V8 now. Do we still have valley gasket leaking issues in e60 v8? I did have this problem in my previous e39 v8 engine, the symptom is exact like this.

the O-ring / coolant pipe is a mojor problem with the 4.4litre engines

I looked at this "weep hole" which is from the pipe and I cant see any leaking there but i put my hand under water pump and there was some coolant water but not a lot. Is is possible that water pump leaking a little?
