Lost my Trip Menu?

Can you help?
Not sure how I have done this but was playing with some settings via the idrive and somehow I have turned off my right hand trip menu. Its now just a blank square.
Does anyone know the process of getting it back.

You have the option of various views in the secondary screen and a blank screen is one of them.
Push your i-drive knob to the right so the secondary screen is active and then push down on your i-drive knob. You should see a list of view options to select from.
