I will never, ever install a front plate on my car. I have already received one ticket and plan on getting many more. The look is worth the fines, in my opinion.

I received a no front plate ticket a week ago in Chicago. They ticketed me while the car was parked.

Only ticket I got for that was in Wisconsin, the guy was mad he didn't get a lock on my speed (70ish in a 55, with a corner marked for 50 IIRC) so he wrote me for no front plate. Now I'm in Michigan; our cars look so much better without that front plate!
They have crime in Chicago, maybe they can work on that instead?

There's no front plate requirement here in sunny FL... The E60 just doesn't look good with it; plus I'm sure is screws with the aerodynamics..

It's still just a fix it ticket, can even get it while your parked.....there are some nice options aside from drilling holes in your bumper to mount.

Can't you So-Cal guys just put the plate in the front windsheild in the corner on the passenger side? When I lived in Sacramento, all of my buddies had theirs in their windshelds, and they never had a problem with it.....and Sac is the capitol of fix-it ticket cops.....especially with modified imports.
