I vote for double sided tape Plz use name branded one, like 3m or something. Who likes the look of scews on a license plate? And especially when it's a custom plate... Now that really makes it "custom". And by the way when taping it instead of screws, that makes it a mod! The cheapest mod you can do on the car!!!

actually, just use duct tape. you can use it for anything really. and it is rather fashonable.
