Hi guys, I recently picked up a 2009 535i Sport, I came over from a worked 350Z and I LOVE the 535i, the N54 is such an amazing engine!! I've been getting used to the car and I can brag about it all day long about how luxurious and composed it is while also being a blast to drive. So I've been tweaking my memory seats for the most optimal settings and I've figure how to adjust every area EXCEPT ONE Where are the buttons to adjust the headrest from folding in and out, not up and down, but in and out, I'd prefer the were completely flat against the back half of the headrest. Thanks in advance guys, I'm looking forward to being a part of this community.

Unfortunately, there is no button for that adjustment - you have to adjust that portion of the seat manually.

Congrats on your new car!!

THANKS!! I'm getting to work on it right away, I've already ordered the AFE twin intakes. I'll be getting an exhaust and JB3 soon (though I'm on the fence with the JB3 because the car is CPO and warrantied until 100K) Aside from that I'll be doing M5 aero front bumper and side skirts with M technic rear bumper and if I can swing it a nice set of DPE's. As for the manual adjustments on the headrest? How do you do that, I've tried holding and pulling/pushing it a bit, but it seems tough as though there are some type of buttons somewhere that move it. I dont want to break it now :-/ lol.

I have the LCI sport seats and the headrest's "wings" fold in and out by hand.

FYI - there's been plenty of mention that the AFE intake actually causes the car to lose power when they begin sucking in hot under-hood air.

x2 on manual adjustment of the headrest wings... I looked for a button for the longest time and then hit it with my head by mistake and realized it moved... pull and push - thats it.

Really, what would be the next best intake?? I dont like the look of the BMS DCI setup, it just looks cheap.
