I have SMG and in the TIS it explains launch assist similar to F1 cars. The instructions are pretty clear but they refer to the DSC button for Dynamic Stability Control. Is this the same as the DTC button in the center of the console?
Sorry if I sound like a newb, but I am, to this car anyway because it just arrived yesterday

Yes, one button does all. Hold for two or three seconds to disable both.

When you do it for the first time, expect to hear a loud engagement sound when clutch closes. Followed by lots of wheel spinning... but that loud boom scared the crap of me the first time.... I thought i broke something but dealer said it was a normal sound......Have fun!
