200 sounds about right if they are installing. They charge 150/hr for labor plus the bulb is around 50. Makes sense. Look at the link below these guys have OEM bulbs.

It's a faulty bulb! Switched the headlamp to see what the issue was.

I inadvertently turned the headlamp height adjusters. So now one side is really out of alignment.
