Don't count your chickens just yet. Governments have regulations regarding importation of certain vehicles. If the current importer does not import the R8 due to regulatory reasons, Audi will face the same regulations when they take over. You might have to buy a gray market/direct import car, but there is no reason for you not to be optimistic.

Good! That means there'll be tooling/training/equipment to maintain the R8.
They did say anything about the ability to service the R8 in that statement. I think that all you are seeing in your eyes is the R8!

what i always wanted to know was to read korean text in the i drive when listening to mp3 CDs so that i know what song is playing any thoghts or solution?

I know you can view Korean fonts from an ipod but I'm not sure if it works with idrive.
There may be a language option in the idrive menu.
