Kind of rough start

My Ride: 2009 528xi, Jet Black, Black Dakota Leather, Poplar Wood, Steptronic Transmission, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package

I started the 525i today and as soon as the car started, it started shaking for about 5 seconds. After five seconds the shaking slowly went away and it said service. It was at 9946 miles at that time and I have not had an oil change yet.

Any idea why it shook when i started it?

Oh, and after i started it, it smelled kind of wierd....
