Key CHime When Cleaning Your Car

My Ride: 2005 545i E60 Orient Blau Metallic
Premium, NAV, Winter Package, Heads Up Display, Logic 7 Audio, AngeliBright Upgrade [White], M5 Body Kit, M Embroidered Seats
So this has been a nagging issue for the three years I've had my 545i. 
I, like most of you, clean the car myself with extreme care and pride.
I always like the stereo turned on when Im cleaning it but I could kill that darned key in the ignition reminder/gong that goes along with the radio on. I have to crank up the volume real loud which is fine except the cars acoustics don't lend itself to pleasing harmoney outside the vehicle [bass thumps and sounds distorted ouside].
Whats the fix, if there is any???

Nope - no comfort access on my 2005 545i E60s. Still uses the old key system [which I love, btw]. Hve you tried to put that big plastic leaf on a REAL keychain?? Fohgetabouwt it.....

We don't get the chimes in the UK so no problems here!I work for Honda in the UK manufacturing the Civic and CRV and used to supply to the US.I remember how annoying those chimes were!
