what do you mean by tire air kit 
? are you talking about the jack or some kind of air compressor? it does come with the jack, first aid kit and flashlight inside the glovebox (if you are in the states).

There is no "tire air kit". not too sure what is that mean.
E60 comes with spare tire and run flat tires (some or all??), no need for "tire air kit"
