My Ride: 2006 550i sport package, manual, black on black w/ anthracite trim, pdc, logic 7, cold weather pkg.
First of all it was my first time at a quarter-mile dragstrip and i've got say
it was some if the most fun i've ever had.
Keep in mind that it was 39 degrees at the time i was racing which made it
particularly difficult to get the wheels to stick to the road especially with my
Bridgestone run-flats.
Talking to some of the regulars i was told that if it was a warm day i would probably
be able to decrease my time by 3 to 5 tenths of a second.
All that said my best time was 13.8 seconds and i was able to do this twice.
I'm pretty happy with this time all things considered.
Now its time to get some mods and give it another try in the summer,
but next time i'll be running on PS2's.

13.8 isn't too bad for your first day at the track. Don't expect a whole more, maybe 13.5ish and that is about it for stock.

Congrats on the great runs man!!! Where did you do your runs? Union Grove WI? If you're around 13....you need a helmet to race! Get moving on some mods so we don't feel so bad!!!!

Mid 13's consistently for a helmet.
