The car is paid off and i was wondering will the insurance kill my wallet??
hmmmm, might of been wise to get an insurance quote before you made the purchase As far as killing your wallet...it depends on how healthy your wallet is

In anycase, congrats and welcome!

Key word there....."parents"......which means your under 25.
I'm 37, and mine is around what Howitzer's is. One good thing about getting older, I guess

Congrats on the new (to you) car and enjoy the forums!! As for the wallet....between insurance and Mods, you should be able to use it as a bookmark!

I'm 23, own an M5 and pay ?2800 GBP per year.
Worth every damn penny!!!

I've always said, if you have to query the running cost of a car, then you can't afford it.

I'm 39 and paying about $1300/yr but that's 500/250 coverage. Mine is a 530xi('06). THe best part of it all is that as long as I stay claim free(true for the last 5 years) I get 25% of the premium back in the form of a check every year.
