We also have a lot of things that are standard that our friends across the pond do not get or have to pay extra for.
I don't know which "pond" You mean, but with money (of course
) can get "everything". If not from BMW, then from Alpina or...
such as trunklid open button and moonroof. don't forget they paid a lot more than us, too .
Basic price is lower in here (EU) and then you just pick up what you want from the list. Start price for mine 530D was 33733,-?.
Most of EU countries system is different than in UK/Ireland/USA. Car is just a shell where you can put in your self what you want, no ready packages.

How do you close all the windows and moonroof with the remote? Hold down the lock button? Sorry, I'm on a business trip and away from my car so I can't try. I do remember when I bought my car my sales person did tell me about the feature (US) but I have never tried it.
