More pics. This is where I'm leaving it tonight, I'll continue tomorrow after work. Anyone whose done this and can provide some tips, techniques, lessons learned, etc and would like to chime in, it's much appreciate it.

Findings so far.
1. Since I'll be removing a lot of electrical connections I disconnected the battery... just realized the trunk won't open with the battery disconnected. Tried the key out of the FOB and it still wont' open ?? Note to self: Leave the trunk open if you're disconnecting the battery, right now searching how to open the trunk without power.
2. It's not completely clear because there's no instructions with the PnP wiring from technic but you have to remove the MOST cable out of the original wiring and put it into the new PnP plug... borrowed these pics from his post, it shows the MOST wire being relocated
3. The center channel enclosure does not have the sheetmetal body nuts for the sheetmetal screws, I bought the OEM center channel and it didn't come with screws either...I'm not planning on going to the dealer for these so hope to find them at Home Depot or some other place.

I was able to open the trunk without much effort with the key from my second fob.
Anybody know if this bracket (#2 in diagram) could be used to mount the ms-8?

This is turning out to be a big PITA project, it doesn't help that I'm trying to hide the cables through the console, under the carpet and out under the rear seat. I'm not sure that's even possible but I've dissasembled plenty of stuff along the way to give me a chance at it.
Here's tonight's progress

I feel for you - I've been through the same. Had to remove all seats etc. just to pull the extension cable to the trunk and get access to the speakers under the seats.
Are you going to swap the mid-range OEM speakers underneath the seats for something else?
