iDrive Bugs

I have an '08 535i. Love the car but the iDrive has been real buggy lately. It will restart frequently while driving. Basically, I'll start the car and begin driving. A few minutes into the trip, the BMW screen will come onto the screen, which will turn black and restart. This happens any number of times. Does anyone have any thoughts on the cause and/or remedy?

Mine just started doing this? Did you take it to the Dealer for a diagnostic?

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.
I have an 08 and mine will blink at me about every 10-20 minutes. It's simply turns dark and then turns back on again. Almost like you would flip a switch off and back on. It's only off for maybe one second, just enough to catch yuor attention. When it comes back on the display is exactly where it was before so mine does not go back to the start up page etc.
