Right right. As I said, this is no longer true in the US as of MY 2006. Only the 545i has AS in the sport package, 525i and 530i do not.
Who knows when the 545i replacement arrives... it may be deleted in that model as well for sports-equipped cars.

[/quote]Actually currently all E60's are still MY05. But in the US everything is a little different, and for marketing reasons, the new engines made the current models MY06. But there are no changes on the 545 yet, so the 545 is still a MY05, even in the US.
