Press down i_drive button for 10sec
3 click right
3 click left
1 click right
1 click left
press down i-Drive button again

Search around. I might miss one step or two or have left/right reversed.

Secret i-Drive menu is mainly used for testing GPS and TV tunner.

There is also a test menu for BMW techs in the tach and a Nav test menu in idrive.
