Sorry to hear about the crack... check with your insurance company about windshelid replaement. I had a crack on my winssheild and my insurance company (geico) replaced it for $100 with an orginal BMW one. Geico has replacement of windsheilds that is not part of the normal policy and dosent go towards a claim.
