I just want to see the full map displayed. As in, not split screen. I just hope this version at least rivals the Acura TL wide screen version. That is the best NAV I have ever seen (without a doubt). I mean, wide screen, touch display, voice activation, integrated Blue Tooth, standard Satelite radio!!!!??? You can ask it to display Chinese restaurants in the area AND then have the system call it! The Japenese seem to have no issue with Blue Tooth. Maybe BMW can learn a few things from them.
Um......you can do what you're looking for even with the BMW business nav - ask it to find hotels, restaurants, gas stations etc, then dial direct from your bluetooth phone.

At least you can in Europe anyway.......

The Business Nav doesn't have touchschreen or maps, but to be honest, with the idrive controller, and the generally excellent performance of the voice/arrows system, I haven't needed them.

No, they're from LOMAG's car. Pics were borrowed from another BMW forum.

Yes you should have. The screen without the NAV is too small for the space it is intended in the dash.

I saw Lomag's pics on the Roadfly Forum, not bimmerfest.

Although, that forum is full of jerks that flame 50% of all threads.
