Is it possible to take one remote key to my dealer and program it not to start my AC automatically or I need to take the car aswell? If someone ever did it here it will be nice to receive his feedback...thanks

Pushing in the volume knob just mutes the audio. If you look at your iDrive, at the bottom you can see the icon representing the volume with the line through it indicating the the sound is muted. You can also see the radio station info and the name of the song playing (FM) in the bottom left corner of the screen. To me this indicates that the audio system is still on.

LOL, this is a subject discussed fairly regularly in the distant past. Turn the fan speed knob all the way down and it will stop coming on whenever you turn on the car here is one of many, many older posts about this: https://5series.net/forums/e60-discu.../normal-18374/

I remember reading that via coding you tell the car to "forget" the climate setting when it goes to sleep and when you turn the car back on the IHKA (climate control system) will not "remember" fan speed temp etc, and instead be in off mode every time.

If I'm not mistaken, you have to change more than 1 parameter in IHKA to nicht aktiv, I believe there is like 2-4 of them.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

In IHKA you code ABWAHL_AC to "aktiv". That's it.
