Does not appear to remember my settings. However, I have only driven it 1/4 mile.
Steering wheel is not going back down nor is the seat moving. I checked iDrive to make sure the memory was turned on and to adjust when door was unlocked. Does it take it a while to remember my settings? .

Have you locked and unlocked the car with the key since it was at the dealer? I'm not sure exactly but it's worth a try...

I'd like to know the answer to this as well.
My GF uses the 535 on Sundays when I wash her car. She has her own key, but the car never remembers her settings. Poor thing has to push the memory 2 button everythime.
