I try anyway I can, my car is a priority, since I use it for traveling back and forth to work. The service needs to get done. If I had to, ..... I'd take a day off...

Haha yes... well I'm a techie so I get to surf the net for... ahem.. information critical to running the company's network smoothly.

I cannot believe the level of service some of you have, in this region, you have to pull teeth to get a loaner or a rental. BMW NA, are you listening? Please make note of my location and fix my dealer's problems!

*We* all purchased our cars at the same dealer. We have access to each other's Outlook calendar. My timeslot on the OutLook calendar will simply show, "Bringing in the Mach 5 for service".
