A couple of days ago the light went out again, when I went to check it i found out those !@#$%^ left the bulb loose and it was touching the inside of the headlights.
And this happened to it:

After talking with BMW they gave me a whole story on how I had received the car as OK and showed this to them a week after they could do nothing for me,etc...
They offered to sell me a new headlight for 2,800 bucks, hilarious.
Long story short they screwed me over.

I wanted to ask if anyone knows a website where I can buy this specific part (The round burned one that is mirrored), instead if having to buy a whole headlight again.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
I suspect the dealer service rep / installer failed to properly seat the bulb. Under normal driving conditions there is no way a bulb in the headlight would loosen itself. However, if not properly installed it surely will loosen and with all the plastic around our lights those bulbs can melt things up! That said, I don't think that pounding the desk will help as much as a logical and well grounded discussion about this situation. You've already been advised to get to BMW's regional rep.

I can't imagine that the dealer suspects that this bulb jumped out of the socket all by itself and I'm absolutely certain they know their SA did a sloppy job but are ducking the responsibility.
