I am also want to know which less skillful shop  installed that Brembo before.
Rotors in wrong direction; air in brake line; etc

Totally agree which Bill said as "this forum is important so that E60 bros and newbies don't get put at risk by these gangsta mechanics, it is important to share info"
yes Lads, brakes, suspension, tyres and wheels are important.
My insurer AXA refused any coilover kit, even specialised ones made fo E60, they also refused 20" wheels and brakes
(maybe you guys can recommend another insurance co to me that do).
imagine the worst scenario, an accident (God forbid), your insurance won't pay becos you haven't
installed the mods properly or they weren't even designed for your car or passed tuv or safety tests (and u haven't informed them of the mods), and the other car's owner sues your ass off??
enuff to put you off modding???
well good news is that you must inform them, get an endorsement or acknowledgement and you are ready to do more mods. Enjoy your mods safely!!

Dave when will we have a mini meet again, any other places apart from Ah Kin's, like loads of birds and stuff?
prehaps Fotan???

Bill, if you dont tell them your car has been modded, they will not notice.
My mate's heavy moded 330i has fully claimed after the car totaled last month, the key is not to mod the engine as you guys said earlier.

Dave, I said brake is ONE of the most crucial parts of a car, not the most important one. There is no such thing as the most important or less important cos' you need everything to get moving.

Of course I agree that tires are equally important. If I can afford it, I will go for the best tires without any hesitation. Then again it also depends on your driving habit, your financial ability, & your car's performance. Oh, those Nitrogen in the tire is a must. I won't drive my car without it now !!

Either 30th or 6th is fine for me. How about dinner at Hang Hau Estate ? There are some good restaurants there.
